Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lensmera mobile application ("App") developed by WELLPEACH ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Definitions
- "App" means the Lensmera application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- "User" means any individual who downloads or uses the App.
- "Content" means the lessons, tips, challenges, filters and other materials provided within the App.
- "Premium" means the optional one-time in-app purchase "Lensmera Premium (Lifetime)".
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Create derivative works based on the App
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
4. Free App, Advertising & In-App Purchase
- Lensmera is free to download and use. The following are free forever: the manual camera and its controls (shutter speed, P/A/S/M modes, ISO and manual focus — RAW (DNG) capture excepted; see 4.4), the core lessons, the core challenge track, basic filters and beauty tools, unlimited saving, and watermark-free photos.
Lensmera는 무료로 내려받아 사용할 수 있습니다. 다음은 영구 무료입니다: 수동 카메라와 조작계(셔터스피드·P/A/S/M·ISO·수동 초점 — 단 RAW(DNG) 촬영은 제외, 4.4 참조), 코어 레슨, 코어 챌린지 트랙, 기본 필터·뷰티, 무제한 저장, 워터마크 없는 사진. - The free App is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads may be displayed within the App during normal use.
- On iOS, you will be asked for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent before personalized ads are shown. You may decline without losing access to any App feature.
- The App offers one optional in-app purchase: "Lensmera Premium (Lifetime)" — a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes advertising and unlocks: RAW (DNG) capture on supported devices, all pro film-look (LUT) packs, all themed challenge packs, and graduation assignments and camera-transfer guides. It is not a subscription; there is no recurring or automatic billing, and therefore no recurring-payment cancellation procedure is needed. Payment, refunds, and your right of withdrawal are described in Section 5.
앱은 선택형 인앱 구매 1종을 제공합니다: "Lensmera Premium(평생)" — 광고를 제거하고 다음을 잠금 해제하는 1회성 비소모성 구매입니다: 지원 기기의 RAW(DNG) 촬영, 프로 필름룩(LUT) 팩 전체, 테마 챌린지 팩 전체, 졸업 과제 및 실기 전이 가이드. 구독이 아니며 정기·자동 결제가 없으므로 별도의 정기결제 해지 절차가 필요하지 않습니다. 결제·환불·청약철회는 제5조를 참조하세요. - "Lifetime" refers to the operating lifetime of the App — that is, for as long as the App is offered and supported by the Developer (see Section 10) — not the lifetime of the user or the device.
"평생(Lifetime)"은 이용자나 기기의 수명이 아니라, 개발자가 앱을 제공·지원하는 운영 기간을 의미합니다(제10조 참조). - RAW capture depends on device hardware support. If your device does not support RAW, the App states this honestly in the purchase screen; the remaining Premium benefits still apply.
RAW 촬영은 기기 하드웨어 지원에 따라 달라집니다. 미지원 기기에서는 구매 화면에서 이를 정직하게 안내하며, 나머지 프리미엄 혜택은 그대로 적용됩니다. - We may offer additional, separate paid features or products in the future. If we do, they will be described at the point of purchase, and they will not create any obligation or right to compensation for existing users.
5. Payment, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal (결제·환불 및 청약철회)
5.1 Payment (결제)
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your card or payment details.
인앱 구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 개발자는 카드 정보 등 결제 수단 정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다. - The price displayed at the point of purchase is the final amount you pay and includes VAT (value-added tax) where applicable, including in the Republic of Korea. Local tax rules of your country may apply.
구매 시점에 표시되는 가격은 부가가치세(VAT)가 포함된 최종 결제 금액입니다(대한민국 포함. 국가에 따라 현지 세금 규정이 적용될 수 있습니다). - When a purchase is completed, the store (Apple/Google) confirms it via its purchase flow and sends a receipt to your store account email; your purchase also appears in the store's purchase history.
결제가 완료되면 해당 스토어(Apple/Google)의 결제 완료 화면 및 영수증(스토어 계정 이메일)으로 결제 완료 사실이 고지되며, 스토어 구매 내역에서도 확인할 수 있습니다.
5.2 Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (청약철회 및 환불)
- You may request withdrawal (purchase cancellation) within 7 days of purchase in accordance with applicable law, including the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Because the purchased digital content (ad removal and Premium unlocks) is delivered and applied immediately upon purchase, withdrawal may be limited for the portion already provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law; even in that case, a refund may still be available under the store's own refund policy.
구매일로부터 7일 이내에는 관련 법령(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등)에 따라 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 구매 즉시 콘텐츠(광고 제거·프리미엄 잠금 해제)가 제공·적용되는 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상, 이미 제공이 완료된 부분에 대해서는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 각 스토어의 환불 정책에 따른 환불은 가능할 수 있습니다. - How to request a withdrawal or refund (청약철회·환불 방법):
- Apple App Store: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the purchase, and select "Request a refund" — or go to Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > Purchase History.
Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com 접속 → 로그인 → 해당 구매 선택 → "환불 요청", 또는 기기 설정 > [내 이름] > 미디어 및 구입 항목 > 구입 내역. - Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history → select the order → "Request a refund".

- Apple App Store: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the purchase, and select "Request a refund" — or go to Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > Purchase History.
- Because in-app payments are collected by the store operator (Apple/Google), whether, when, and how a refund is issued follows each store's refund policy and procedures, and refunds are made to the original payment method.
인앱 결제 대금은 스토어 운영자(Apple/Google)가 수납하므로, 환불 여부·시기·방식은 각 스토어의 환불 정책 및 절차에 따르며, 환불은 원 결제 수단으로 이루어집니다. - Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
본 조항은 관련 법령상 소비자에게 보장되는 강행규정상의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
6. Educational Content & Honest Simulation
- Lessons, tips and challenges are provided for general photography education and reference only. We make no warranty that following them produces any particular result.
- Camera behavior (available shutter speeds, ISO range, RAW support, zoom range) depends on your device hardware. Features honestly degrade or are hidden where the hardware does not support them.
7. Your Photos & Data
- Photos, videos and practice records you create in the App are stored locally on your device (and, where you choose, in your device's photo library). We do not access, upload or process them on any server.
- You are solely responsible for backing up your photos. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, App deletion, or OS updates.
- Deleting the App removes the App's local records from your device; photos you saved to the device photo library remain there.
- You are responsible for using the camera lawfully — including respecting the privacy, portrait and property rights of people and places you photograph, and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
8. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its design, code, graphics, lessons and branding, is owned by WELLPEACH and protected by copyright law.
- The name "Lensmera" and associated icons are trademarks of WELLPEACH.
- You own the photos and videos you create with the App.
- Camera brand names mentioned in educational content (e.g., in "skills transfer" context) are trademarks of their respective owners; Lensmera is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including unlawful photography or recording
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the App
- Copy or redistribute the App's lessons or content for commercial purposes
- Circumvent advertising or purchase mechanisms
10. Service Changes & Termination
- We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features, content, or the App itself at any time, and we are not liable to you for doing so, except as provided in this Section or required by mandatory applicable law.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App — including removing it from app stores — at any time, for any reason.
- If we permanently discontinue the App, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice via an in-app notice or this website. Purchasers of Premium will have received the benefit for the period the App was available; upon discontinuation, the benefit is deemed fully provided for that period, and no additional compensation is owed except as required by mandatory applicable law.
앱 제공을 영구적으로 종료하는 경우, 앱 내 공지 또는 본 웹사이트를 통해 최소 30일 전에 사전 고지합니다. "Lensmera Premium (평생)" 구매자의 경우 앱이 제공된 기간 동안 혜택이 제공된 것으로 보며, 종료 시 강행법규가 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 추가 보상 의무는 발생하지 않습니다. - If the App is removed from the App Store or Google Play, existing installs on your device will continue to function for core offline features (including ad removal and Premium unlocks for purchasers), but updates will no longer be available.
- We may update the App (including lessons, features, and UI) without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notices or this page.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY EDUCATIONAL CONTENT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WELLPEACH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PHOTOS OR OTHER DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US THROUGH THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD $1.00 IF YOU HAVE MADE NO PURCHASE). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER MANDATORY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
13. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: the App works fully offline, requires no account, and your photos and face never leave your phone.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes that are disadvantageous to users will be announced in advance in accordance with applicable law; other changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
