Privacy Policy

In one sentence: Lensmera works 100% offline — no account, no cloud, no upload. Your photos, your videos and your face are processed on your device only and never leave your phone. The only third-party data processing is advertising (Google AdMob) in the free version.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Lensmera does not collect, store on servers, or transmit:

The App has no server of its own. All camera processing, editing, lessons and gallery features run locally.

You can change any permission at any time in your device settings. The App keeps working with whatever you decline, minus that one feature.

3. Advertising (Free Version)

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process a limited set of data on Google's side to serve and measure ads, such as the advertising identifier of your device, coarse ad-related signals and crash/performance diagnostics of the ad SDK. This is the only third-party data processing in the App.

Lensmera does not integrate any analytics SDK. We do not track how you use the App.

International transfer of personal data (개인정보 국외 이전)

Because AdMob is operated by Google, serving ads in the free version involves a transfer of limited data outside the Republic of Korea. In accordance with Article 28-8 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, we disclose:

그 밖에 인앱 결제 처리를 위한 Apple/Google로의 정보 이전은 각 스토어의 개인정보처리방침에 따르며, 개발자는 결제 정보를 보관하지 않습니다.

4. In-App Purchase Data

The optional Premium purchase is processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. The App only receives a purchase confirmation (receipt/entitlement) from the store to unlock Premium on your device.

5. Children's Privacy

Lensmera is rated 4+ (iOS) / Everyone (Android). The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe your child has submitted personal data to us in error, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your photos, videos and practice records stay on your device, you can delete them at any time inside the App or by deleting the App. We retain nothing on servers — there is nothing for us to delete.

7. Third-Party Services

No other third-party SDK processes your data. The App's beauty and depth features use on-device machine-learning frameworks that run locally and never transmit your images — Apple Vision on iOS, and Google ML Kit / MediaPipe on Android. These libraries perform face detection and person segmentation on the device only.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and the EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Since we hold no personal data on servers, most rights are exercised directly on your device (delete the data or the App). For anything else — including questions about advertising data held by Google — contact us and we will help, or exercise choices in your device's ad settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice.
